Terms for using Vyapex GST billing, inventory, accounting and subscription services.

Use of the service

Vyapex provides billing, inventory, party ledger, accounting report and related business workflow software for Indian traders.

You are responsible for entering correct business, GST, customer, item, invoice and payment information before using any document for business or tax filing.

Account access

You must keep your login credentials secure and restrict access to authorised team members only.

Admins are responsible for user roles, subscription payments, company settings, exports and data changes made from their account.

Compliance responsibility

Vyapex helps prepare business records, but it is not a substitute for advice from a CA, tax professional or legal advisor.

Before filing GST returns, generating statutory e-invoices or submitting tax records, review the output with your accountant or authorised professional.

Subscription and availability

Paid plan activation may require payment verification when manual UPI payment is used.

We work to keep the service reliable, but planned maintenance, internet issues, third-party outages or provider limits may affect availability.
