We process account details, business profile details, GSTIN, invoices, stock, parties, payment references, subscription details and support messages that you add to Vyapex.

Website cookies may be used for necessary site functions, analytics and marketing preferences where enabled by the visitor.

Information is used to provide the app, maintain subscription access, generate business documents, improve workflows, troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests.

We do not ask users to store secret GST API passwords or payment gateway secrets inside normal browser forms.

Data may be processed by infrastructure, database, analytics, support, payment or communication providers used to operate Vyapex.

We do not sell customer business records. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

Admins can export company data from the application settings where the feature is available.

Deletion or correction requests can be sent to support, subject to legal, tax, billing and security retention requirements.
