Trial and activation

Vyapex may offer a trial period before payment is required.

For manual UPI payments, paid access starts after the transaction reference is verified and approved.

Cancellation

You may stop using the service or request cancellation of future renewal support through the contact details on this site.

Cancellation does not automatically delete accounting or tax records. Export your data before requesting closure.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payment, incorrect amount, failed activation or other genuine payment issues.

Approved refunds are normally processed back through the original payment route or another mutually agreed method, depending on payment provider limits.

Non-refundable cases

Fees may not be refundable after active usage, completed setup, delivered support, misuse, policy violation or expiry of the billing period.

Taxes, gateway charges or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.
